Glamping with a hot tub is the baseline here. The Boma pavilion has a hot tub for four to six and a two person infrared sauna, and then every safari tent adds what the roundup lists rarely offer: a private pool and a private soaking tub for two, steps from your bed.
With every tent, not shared
Each of our three adults-only tents comes with a real private pool: 8 by 18.5 feet, 5 feet deep, with a tanning ledge, steps and floats. On the deck beside it sits a 70 gallon outdoor soaking tub for two, refilled fresh for every guest, bubbles provided.

The Boma pavilion
Boma is South African for gathering place. Ours has the hot tub, a two person dry infrared sauna, swing chairs, outdoor games and a custom fire pit ringed with Adirondack chairs for when the burn ban is off. Soak, sweat, then sit under a sky Wimberley protects as an International Dark Sky community.
Cooler months are the point, not the problem: we heat your private pool to 85 degrees for $60 a day, and the sauna does the rest.
Adults-only safari tents
Shaka, Kingfisher and Chisum are 450 square foot safari tents with king beds, heating and air conditioning, full bathrooms with walk-in tiled showers, kitchenettes and a Blackstone griddle on the deck. Two guests max, no pets, quiet hours from 10pm, and no TVs by design. Kingfisher is handicap accessible.

Your hosts
When we planned the property we kept coming back to the water. It is why every tent got its own pool and soaking tub instead of one shared pool by a parking lot, and why the hot tub and sauna live at the Boma, a short stroll from your deck. Our own favorite combination: heat the pool in January, take the sauna at dusk, then the tub under the stars. Text us your dates and we will have it warm when you arrive.
