Reserving your Wimberley glamping getaway takes just three easy steps.
Visit the Book a Tent / availability page (click the "Book Now" button at the top of the site) to find a tent for your dates.
Not sure of your dates? Just choose a tent and go to Step 2. All tents are nearly identical, with the same amenities and features, though Kingfisher is wheelchair accessible with a ramp, closer parking, and more features.
Once you've chosen a tent, open its page or go to the "Book Your Stay" page using the button at the top of the site. Add your details and payment into the form, and use the drop-down to select a tent if needed.
Booking well in advance? You can put down a deposit now and pay the balance later.
After booking, you'll have the option to add trip insurance so you can cancel worry-free.
You can also add extras like massages and celebration packages, now or any time before your stay. Note our massage times often book up in advance.
Once you've paid and signed the agreement, you'll receive email confirmation and more details about your stay.

Wimberley is in the Texas Hill Country, about 37 miles southwest of Austin, which is a drive of roughly 50 minutes to an hour depending on traffic. San Antonio is about 60 miles away, around 90 minutes. We feel lucky to offer glamping near Austin and help guests enjoy the beauty of the area.
Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
To maximize everyone's experience, we do not allow children or pets. Service animals are welcome with proper documentation. Thank you for understanding.
For the enjoyment of our neighbors and guests, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Yes. We have a facility down the hill we can use during inclement weather if needed. Our tents are waterproof and firmly secured to the decking and can sustain high winds, though they may sway in heavier winds, which is normal. If there's a bad-weather alert or you feel uncomfortable, we'll provide shelter.
Because of our Hill Country location, you'll likely see deer, birds, and other critters, but nothing to worry about.
Spoon Mountain does not have river access. To swim, we suggest reservations at Blue Hole, a beloved Wimberley swimming hole, or see our things to do page. Note: Jacob's Well no longer allows swimming, but you can hike the area.
